Marinus is the co-founder of PaSS and the current leader of it's community within Sogeti. PaSS, short for Proactive Security Strategy, is Sogeti’s approach on how security should be embedded on the Organisation, Infrastructure and Application layers. This business-driven solution is integrated in standard Sogeti services and realized by Sogeti's Center of Excellence Security where he is a senior teamlead.
